We are committed to sourcing and delivering the freshest, highest quality Kesar mangoes directly from Valsad, Gujarat, India. We take pride in our careful selection process and work closely with our growers to ensure the mangoes you receive are exceptional.
However, as with all perishable items, there's a chance the mangoes may experience some bruising, damage, or over-ripening during their long journey from farm to your doorstep.
We encourage you to inspect the box upon arrival. If there's any significant damage, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist you. Once you've accepted the delivery and taken the mangoes home, they are under your care.
To register and purchase mangoes on Kesarmango.ca, you may be required to provide certain personal information, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. We will use this information solely for processing your order, fulfilling your purchase, and communicating with you about your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for any reason once your order has been confirmed and shipped.
We take great care in sourcing and packaging our Kesar mangoes to ensure quality and freshness. However, as our mangoes travel a long distance from India to your doorstep, some natural bruising, softness, or ripening during transit is possible. These are normal characteristics of perishable goods and not considered defects.
We strongly encourage you to inspect your box upon delivery. If there is significant visible damage to the box or contents, you must contact us at hello@kesarmango.ca within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and a description of the issue. While we do not guarantee replacements or refunds, we may review cases of substantial damage reported in a timely manner at our sole discretion.
